Monthly room rent allows you access to practice your craft in a clean, pleasant, and safe environment. We have a wide variety of furnished and unfurnished spaces to choose from. Shared room options are available.
Room rentals begin at $225 per week. The first four weeks are free with a one-year room rental contract.
Room rental gains you access to the breakroom, laundry room, a free parking lot for you and your customers, and the potential for referrals.
In addition to those services, we maintain a website that showcases you and the services you provide. There is a one-time fee of $200 to get your information added to the website.
All contractors must hold a license to practice in the state of Michigan and liability insurance. A current background check is required.
